Vulpy Cookie Policy
Effective date: September 3, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Vulpy, Inc. (Vulpy, we, us, or our) uses cookies and similar technologies across Vulpy properties, including the vulpy.io website, Vulpy Commerce, and the Vulpy Gateway. For more information about our processing of personal information, see the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website or application on your device. Similar technologies — such as local storage, session storage, and pixels — may store or access information through your browser or device. We refer to all of these collectively as cookies in this policy.
2. Necessary cookies
Vulpy properties use strictly necessary cookies to operate core functionality, including:
- maintaining session and authentication state;
- preserving shopping cart and checkout state (Commerce);
- routing Gateway requests and maintaining API session state (Gateway);
- storing your cookie consent choices; and
- preventing fraud during payment flows.
These cookies are required for the relevant property to function and cannot be disabled through consent controls. You can block them through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent the property from working correctly.
3. Functional cookies
Vulpy properties may use functional cookies to remember your preferences, such as locale, currency, display settings, and recently viewed items. These cookies improve your experience but are not strictly required to operate the service.
4. Analytics cookies
With your affirmative consent, the vulpy.io website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. Analytics cookies do not load and we do not send analytics requests until you choose to allow analytics through the consent controls on the applicable property.
You may withdraw consent at any time through the same controls. When you withdraw consent, we stop setting new analytics cookies and disable or remove existing analytics cookies to the extent technically practicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before you withdrew it.
Commerce and Gateway analytics are similarly consent-gated where analytics is configured.
5. Third-party cookies
Vulpy integrates with third-party services that may set their own cookies:
- Stripe sets cookies during payment and checkout flows to operate the payment process and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s privacy and cookie policies.
- Google Analytics (where you consent) processes information in accordance with Google’s own policies.
Vulpy does not control third-party cookie practices and is not responsible for third-party policies.
6. Managing your choices
You can accept, reject, or withdraw consent for optional cookies through the consent controls on the applicable Vulpy property. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Guidance on managing cookies is available from your browser provider and at aboutcookies.org.
Blocking necessary cookies may prevent Vulpy properties from operating correctly.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date.
Questions about this Cookie Policy may be sent to privacy@vulpy.io.
